What’s your style of lifestyle photography?

Our lifestyle photography is non-traditional, authentic and so much fun! More free flowing rather than rigidly posed or cheesy photos (yuck!). Our lifestyle photography sessions include professional headshots, personal branding, family, maternity and engagements.

Where do creative lifestyle sessions take place and what’s my investment?

We offer a variety of locations and collections for our clients: Our most customized, personalized and adventurous lifestyle sessions take place at a location that’s meaningful to you (in your home, a private estate, a boutique hotel, at the beach or in a forest) the possibilities are endless!! (We’d be happy to offer suggestions based on our favorite locations and the private estates we have access to as well).

Our lifestyle sessions begin at $595, our clients spend between $1,500-$4,500 on their custom lifestyle photography sessions and gifts.

What should I wear and what about professional makeup and hair styling?

We will provide you with specific tips describing how to select the most flattering wardrobe in our comprehensive photoshoot guide made available upon booking your customized and creative lifestyle session.

Hair and makeup for photos is very different than everyday makeup which is why we always suggest professional hair and makeup services that’ll enhance and bring out your unique features and character in your photos. We will refer you to our preferred hair and makeup artists who offer our clients a special rate of $200 ($300 value).

How far in advance should I book my lifestyle session?

To allow plenty of time to plan for your creative and customized lifestyle session, we recommend booking your session a minimum of 1-3 months in advance.

With that in mind, it’s never too late to ask, so please inquire and we’ll see what we can do :)

Do you offer fine art products, custom design services and digital file packages?

Yes, in order to provide our clients with the most complete full service we offer a range of customized photography design services and products including fine art heirloom albums, fine art wall collections (home delivery and installation can be arranged) and digital file packages complete with a printing license.

How much editing is included and will I look like myself in the final photos?

Let us start by saying the best images always begin with the best fitting wardrobe, the most flattering poses and lighting. The combination of these three criteria will make the biggest difference in your final images. During your photography session we’ll always use the most flattering light and natural poses to express the shiniest version of YOU and we’ll only focus on your favorite parts of yourself!

We keep our image editing as minimal as possible and we will never make you look like someone else. We want our clients to see and honor their own natural beauty and we have no intention to edit their images according to anyone else’s standards of beauty!

All final proofs are color and exposure corrected and blemishes or bruises are removed in close-up images. Then we let our clients choose if they’d like any additional retouching that is outsourced and billed at $175 per hour, billable in 30-minute increments.

The Fine Print

What is your standard turnaround time?

Regular production time of image editing and processing is up to 4 weeks. For expedited processing:

  • + $200 for 1/2 estimated production time of 2 weeks
  • + $400 for 1/4 estimated production time of 1 week
  • Final rush fees are based on each project. Rush printing and shipping charges are additional.

What are your payment policies, rescheduling and cancellation policies?

Full payment of session fee is due to book and reserve your session appointment. Full payment of product orders are due before design process begins.

Rescheduling fees once appointment has been booked and confirmed:

  • 72 hours or earlier: First time is complimentary. 2+ times incurs a $75 rescheduling fee each time.
  • 72 hours or less: Incurs a $175 rescheduling fee.
  • Payment of any/all rescheduling fees are due before new appointment will be booked and confirmed.
  • Weather: Expect to shoot rain or shine. We will notify you 24-48 hours in advance of session, if rescheduling is necessary due to what we determine to be unsuitable weather for outdoor sessions.

If client is a no-show or is more than 10 minutes late to their appointment, they forfeit their appointment and all payments made.

All prices, packages, payment policies are subject to change without notice and are only guaranteed with a signed photography agreement and full payment of session fee.

Since we will turn down business to reserve your appointment and since all products are custom designed, all payments and products are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

We accept all major credit cards (a 3% convenience fee will be added). All sales are subject to 9% tax.
